The Perfect Print Guarantee
If your labels don't match the proof you approved because of a printing or cutting mistake on our end, we reprint them free. Just tell us within 14 days of delivery. It doesn't cover things you approved on the proof, like a typo or a color in your artwork, which is why you approve a proof before anything prints.

Easy reorders
If you sell a product, you'll need labels again. Log in, open My brand and reorder a past order in two taps. Same artwork, same quantity, and the same price as your first order, based on our volume tiers. Reorders print from the proof you already approved.
